camp

Skinner Summer Camp is back for summer 2016! With the blessing of Mrs. Clark & Mrs. Robinson, we have created Superstars Summer Camp Inc. This entity will be separate from Chicago Public Schools and it will allow us to create an even more memorable experience for our campers while still providing the convenience of being housed at Skinner.

We will provide eight weeks of summer fun starting on Monday, June 27th lasting through Friday, August 19th. Keep an eye out for registration information and our camp calendar in the next few weeks. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us individually or contact the camp at superstartssummer@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

Best,

Mr. Johnson & Miss O'Brien

Parents & Caregivers, there has been no movement in Springfield around the budget crisis facing CPS.  Beginning February 4th, all CPS schools, including Skinner West, will start budget cuts.

We desperately need your help to let our legislators know that this budget crisis needs to be solved.  Attached here is a template you can use to quickly voice your opinion.  For your information, attached here is Principal Clark's letter to parents in November including key contacts in local and state government who can help.
